Antony Haynes is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and has a degree in Sports Science, and has had a keen interest in the world of sports nutrition for over 30 years. He will share the most relevant and important principles of sports nutrition in this webinar.
The importance of protein will be established as well as how much we need on a daily basis if we are exercising regularly. He will also identify the most important nutrients are relevant to take as supplements and discuss ergogenic aids – in a field that is replete with potentially unnecessary products and hyped marketing. Antony will address the importance of supporting immunity that is challenged by regular, hard training or playing of sports.
