It is estimated that 40% of women of reproductive age experience Premenstrual Syndrome and for many it can have a debilitating effect on their quality of life each month. This webinar will look at the diagnosis of PMS, signs and symptoms and potential underlying triggers to consider when supporting a client. Christine will discuss the role of inflammation, gut health, adrenal health and immune dysregulation. She will also highlight the importance of supporting detoxification pathways and potential lab testing to consider. The webinar will include a focus on dietary and lifestyle considerations for supporting clients with PMS including the use of targeted supplementation.
